At RACEIN PARC, we strive to balance swift order fulfillment with fair cancellation and refund practices.

• Order Cancellation:
  Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

• Refund for Cancellations:
  Approved cancellations will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 business days through the original payment method.

• Refund for Delivered Orders:
  Refunds are applicable only if the product is proven defective or damaged prior to delivery, supported by a valid unboxing video shared within 24 hours of receipt.

• Non-Eligible Cases:
  Cancellations or refund requests raised after delivery for non-defective items, or due to personal preference, will not be accepted.
