Membership & Entry
RACEIN PARC’s RC Racing Club offers flexible access without mandatory membership registration. Participants may book slots in advance through authorized booking partners or by contacting the club directly via phone. Walk-ins are welcome; however, slot availability cannot be guaranteed. Entry is strictly limited to individuals aged 13 and above. By participating, members agree to these terms and any applicable club policies.

Participant Rules & Safety
Participants are required to strictly adhere to all track safety guidelines issued by RACEIN PARC. Reckless driving, intoxication, and disruptive behavior on club premises are strictly prohibited. Participants must operate their RC cars from designated areas only and are prohibited from entering the track. Any damage caused to RACEIN PARC’s property—including but not limited to RC cars, remote controls, furniture, and track barriers—must be duly compensated by the responsible participant.

Liability Waiver
RACEIN PARC expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by participants while on premises or using club facilities. By participating, individuals waive all claims against RACEIN PARC and its affiliates. For participants under 18 years of age, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be made through authorized partners or by direct phone communication. Cancellations made via phone require at least 60 minutes’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations via booking partners are subject to their specific policies. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows. Track equipment and facilities are to be used responsibly, with no tampering or misuse. Overlapping bookings or unauthorized use of the track are prohibited without prior approval.

Conduct & Enforcement
Participants must comply with instructions from RACEIN PARC staff at all times. Disruptive or unsafe conduct will result in suspension or permanent banning from the club. RACEIN PARC reserves the right to enforce these policies for the safety and enjoyment of all members and guests.
