At RACEIN PARC, we strive for full customer satisfaction with all die-cast models purchased either online or in our physical store. Due to the nature of collectible items, returns and refunds are only accepted under very specific circumstances:

• Eligibility for Return:
Returns and refunds are only accepted for products that exhibit clear manufacturing defects or damage sustained prior to delivery.

• Claim Requirements:
To make a claim, customers must provide video proof clearly showing the unboxing of the product within 24 hours of receipt, highlighting the defect or damage. This is mandatory to facilitate manufacturer/distributor verification.

• Return Process:
Approved returns must be made with the product in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the defect originated from RACEIN PARC or the manufacturer.

• Refunds:
Once the claim is verified and approved, the refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within 2 to 4 business days via the original mode of payment.

• Non-Returnable Items:
All other reasons, including change of mind or accidental damage caused by the customer, are non-refundable.
