Pre-Order Terms

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with RACEiN PARC. Please read the following terms before placing a pre-order.

What is a Pre-Order?

• A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it arrives in stock.

• Products will be shipped once they are received and processed at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Deposit

• All pre-orders require the specified pre-order amount (deposit) at the time of booking.

• Pre-order deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Changes

• Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• If you wish to change your reservation to another model, we may allow it subject to product availability and our approval.

Estimated Arrival (ETA)

• The ETA displayed for a product is an estimated arrival date only.

• Delays may occur due to manufacturers, international shipping, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that ETA dates may change.

Manufacturer Cancellation

• If the manufacturer cancels production of a model or we are unable to procure the product, RACEiN PARC will issue a full refund of the amount paid for that pre-order.

Final Payment

• Once your pre-order arrives, we will notify you to complete the remaining balance.

• The product will be held for 7–14 days after notification.

• If the balance is not paid within this period and we do not receive a response, RACEiN PARC reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reallocate the product. The original pre-order deposit will not be refunded.

Shipping

• Once the remaining balance is paid, the order will be dispatched according to our Shipping Policy.
