At RACEiN PARC, we carefully inspect and securely pack every order before dispatch. Please read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:
Starts before the shipping package is opened.
Clearly shows the package being opened.
Shows the product and any damage immediately upon unboxing.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted.
Reporting Damage
Any damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery.
Claims made after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Refunds & Replacements
Once payment has been made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the product is confirmed to have arrived damaged.
If a damage claim is approved:
We will provide a replacement if the product is available.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
For approved damage claims supported by a valid unboxing video, RACEiN PARC will bear the return shipping cost.
Please do not return any product without contacting us first.
Return Condition
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, certificates, inserts, and any items included in the original shipment.
