Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,500.
Orders below ₹2,500 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹129.
Courier Partner
All orders are shipped through Delhivery Logistics unless stated otherwise.
Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and Delhivery's serviceability.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where applicable).
Hold in Garage
If you wish to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment, we can securely hold your products in our garage until you are ready for dispatch.
There is no time limit for this service, and no additional storage charges.
In the unlikely event that a stored product is damaged due to unforeseen circumstances, our liability will be limited to a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders on time, delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
RACEiN PARC is not responsible for such delivery delays once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
