Welcome to RACEiN PARC. By placing an order through our Castly garage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Product Availability

   • All products are subject to availability.

   • In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you and issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

2. Pricing

   • We strive to ensure all product prices are accurate.

   • If an item is mistakenly listed at a higher price than intended, we will refund the difference.

   • If an item is mistakenly listed at a lower price due to an error, we will contact you to request payment of the correct amount before dispatch. If you choose not to proceed, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

3. Order Cancellation

   • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except in cases where a customer has accidentally ordered the wrong model and wishes to replace it with another available product. Approval is subject to our discretion and stock availability.

4. Product Information

   • Manufacturer packaging and die-cast models may occasionally have minor cosmetic imperfections or packaging wear that occur during manufacturing or transit. These are generally not considered defects unless they affect the product significantly.

5. Shipping Address

   • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address while placing an order.

   • If you notice an error, please contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible. We will update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
